Shipping & Returns




We will endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 working day from when they are placed.

Orders placed before 2pm via our next day service Monday to Thursday, will arrive the next working day via DPD on shipping costs over £30. Any order placed after 2pm will be sent out next working day. 

All orders with shipping costs under £30 will be sent via Royal mail. 

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. 

Regrettably, mistakes can happen. Sometimes we may not send everything you have ordered at the same time, so please first of all check your packing note or dispatch emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If the packing note states an item should be in your parcel but is not, please contact our customer service team customersupport@decolum.co.uk who will try to rectify the mistake as quickly as possible.



Within 14 days

Most things we sell are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt within 14 days and we will give you a full refund less any postage cost charged.

If you do not have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase we will exchange the item or give you a refund with a credit note.

Our 14-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If there's a fault with the product...

If you think the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team by phone on 0845 862 6161 or email customersupport@decolum.co.uk.

In most cases you can return the item to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase and we will give you a replacement or a refund.

I have received an incorrect item...

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your order at  by phone on 0845 862 6161 or email customersupport@decolum.co.uk. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

If you wish to return an item, please contact customersupport@decolum.co.uk, we will then supply you with a returns number. This will enable us to process your refund.
